Training Week 6/17 - 6/23

Mon: 8 mile run. Ran my usual trail/road mix from the Y. Felt pretty good. Ran 55:25 so just under 7 min miles.

Tues: 6 mile run. Rain and kids all day so waited to train till night when everyone was asleep. Ran at Tanglewood park which was nice. Full body functional lift at the Y after.

Wed: 8 mile hill tempo workout. Took it fairly easyfor this workout.

Thur: 7 mile trail run at Hobby Park

Fri: Off. Hung out in Boone with my mom and went to a really nice park with the kids. Nice Day.

Sat: 18 mile (or so) trail run with WNC Trailrunner group (see post)

Sun: Off. Busy Day with Mom and kids in Boone so no time for training.

So I headed up to the mtns this weekend with the kids and will do a bit of wandering this week coming up...spending some time in the mtns. I had a great weekend in Boone with my mom who is keeping Isaac and Maya for the upcoming week! Nice!

Totals: running 47 miles,  biking 0 miles (rain rain go away)
